The Beachview Inn (formerly the Clearwater Beachview Resort) is a family friendly Inn that offers newly renovated guest rooms, free continental breakfast, two meeting rooms for F&B functions and meetings, that sits adjacent to Clearwater Beach. Within 1-3 blocks are numerous restaurants including Crabby's, Frenchy's, Britts Grill, and Alex’s Home-style dining, McDonald's, Hungry Howie's Pizza, Sheppard’s Buffets and Subway.

The property was recently purchased (March 2009) and all 65 guestrooms and suites have been renovated. The 64 rooms consist of 32 family size suites all with Gulf views, kitchenettes and sleeper sofas that will accommodate up to 6 pp, 16 oversize deluxe rooms with pool and Gulf views and 16 standard hotel rooms with Marina and Bay views. Each room and suite is equipped with hair dryers, in-room safes, coffee makers, refrigerators, iron and ironing board, cable TV, alarm clock and radio, individually controlled air conditioning, and high-speed wireless Internet. Seventy-five percent of the rooms are Gulf-View with private balconies. The heated 2nd floor pool and 3000 sq. ft. pool deck offers relaxing views of the Gulf and can provide a perfect setting to view the magnificent sunsets each evening as your group prepares to hit the town for a dine-around the entire family will welcome. Activities are scheduled throughout the year for everyone to enjoy.
